•I try to make what they do interesting i.e., digital photography, movie making
•Kids are making movies for the school around care for computers and trouble shooting
•Celebrate student work
•Treat kids nicely. Pizza, ice cream, FOOD!
•All special privileges are afforded to them
--iSquaders are allowed to leave for lunch five minutes before other students
•Doing 45 minutes three days a week gives students with different schedules the opportunity to participate
•Special field trips i.e. Sony Wonderlab
•Provide special clothing and badges
--Spray painted names on tee-shirts
--Used iron ons press
•Have competitions
•Have students teach parents on "back to school night"
